Very unusual workplace that caters to owners issues. The mission statement is always changing as is the work and you will be instructed to do things one way, and then another, Software iis cumberson to utilize with that everchanging as well. Very erratic behavior from the owner. While I worked there, he was very belittling to a female employee, and discovered later she walked out and never returned.
