Pros

Strong product and great people across the whole business, apart from the toxic management and leadership.

Cons

Leadership is driven by a private equity view of revenue - in other words: client needs and product fit comes last! Get the deal at all costs and make up pricing as you go. Sales territories are tightly restricted per Salesperson, while there are chaotic legacy practices with more senior Salespeople selling into new Salespeople's territory. Targets are unrealistic and not based on previous years performance from that territory.

Pros

The only silver linings are the on-the-job learning, very few genuinely good colleagues, and remote work. But beyond that, don’t expect fairness, professional support, or a workplace that values you. The 5 stars are coming from mostly HR and people trying to hide the issues

Cons

This company has no budget for employee development—don’t expect training, upskilling, or any investment in your growth. Management and HR are ruthless; if you find yourself on the wrong side of their favorites, you’re on your own. There is zero support if you face issues with your manager or colleagues, no escalation process that works in your favor, and no accountability for those with bad attitudes or behavioral issues. Perks and benefits are far below industry standards, making it clear that employees are not a priority, sometimes undefined scope and goals makes things difficult for individuals The work culture feels more like a family-run business where favouritism thrives, and people are rewarded for their connections rather than their work.

Pros

They offer remote working but it's very difficult to build relationships e.g. CEO is based in the States. CEO communicates with senior management but he has no rapport with employees. The Senior management team are the only voice.

Cons

Senior management squabbling is evident. There's a disconnect and lack of trust. HR can ruthless e.g. if you have diffficulties with your line manger there is no support, you cannot address issues. There is no policy enforcement, favouritism is evident and no skills in terms of conflict resolution.
