This company advertises itself as a global software business. Its more like a startup project by a few developers that got lucky. The upper management team are a group of friends that decided to found a business, and it shows... about half of the employees in the company are related to upper management. There are very few people in management at this company that actually know how to run a business. The typical day is full of gossip and favoritism. The few employees that were actually hired for talent and not family relation are not able to contribute ideas effectively. They advertise it as a laid back work environment with a great culture, but that is completely dependent on your manager. They say they are committed to customer success but the customers hate the company and are forced to use their services. Overall, honestly, if you care about being happy at work at all, I would never recommend working at this company to anyone.
