no administrative support the time to prepare for survey is all the time not months from survey implementing things at the last minute demanding absolute perfection administration takes any and all patients in spite of ability to staff customer is always right in spite of abusive and volatile exchanges with staff often left to struggle on own or suffer if failure of task high demand for perfection and production
