Cons
This is an establishment that preys on those employees that do not know their rights. They bully and harass their employees. They lie to their employees about bonuses for collection goals reached. When you resign that retaliate by holding your last paycheck. They lie to the their patients in regards to accepting their insurance. Meaning they do not let potential patients know they are out of network with their insurance carrier. They state we except your insurance. Unprofessional, in how they conduct business. Lastly, if you as an employee extend the professional courtesy of submitting your resignation that black ball you, and they don't pay for any major holidays until you have been employed for a year. If desperate for a job , totally understandable. But I am appalled at the behavior of management when an employee leaves for better employment.
