Gross Incompetence from Upper Management driving business into the ground

The CEO and his main lackey the CTO are completely incompetent. They have knowledge of the wireless industry, but zero experience in large scale manufacturing. They make promises that are completely out of touch with reality to customers and then consistently fail to deliver on those promises and blame the people underneath them. They have driven off most of their competent employees who understand the needs and struggles of the organization and replaced them with "yes" men in middle management. Turn over is incredibly high across the board. Employees are expected to work 10+ hour days and on Saturday, including salaried employees. The company is hemorrhaging money due to poor planning, lack of tools and resources, and a failure to meet their commitments, and the long term outlook is far from positive. Most importantly safety is non existent. The plant is a mess with boxes and parts lying around everywhere. There are constant near misses that never get recorded, and it's only a matter of time before someone is seriously injured or killed because people are careless and do not take adequate precautions when moving heavy objects with fork lifts. There are a large amount of plastic particles in the air all over the plant from where they sand and plane large pieces of molded plastic without any ventilation, and it has caused multiple people to become sick or develop a rash.
