Fresher can learn more, US recruiting career adds on, salary is not bad which doesn't mean good earnings too. Testing projects are more.

Cons

Management is not good in terms of recognizing efficient and hard working employees, middle level management is entirely from north, North indian domination is more.

Management doesn't listen to the employees problems Management encourages hitlers and monocrats Company doesn't have proper vision, you would be in the same place even after 10 years as there is no learning curve Management recruits employees with no interviews even at Sr Management level. You can understand about the next levels as it favours its kith and kin Employees recruited for one technology work for something else Overall people get disgusted and await for someother good oppurtunity

Very good company for freshers to start their career with as CompuGain provides excellent training facilities; encourages highly committed, dedicated and hardworking individuals to take up more challenging responsibilities; growing company and hence you can grow with the company; Two-way communication; open door policy; upper management always welcomes suggestions from the employees. CompuGain has changed it's leadership style, strategy and approach to success and it's helping them to be more competitive and successful.
