The organization lacks job security, as employees may be unexpectedly called by the Vice President and informed of their termination. Even in such instances, employees are denied access to their workspace to collect their belongings, their belongings brought to them while they wait in the lobby. Furthermore: *) The company lacks a clear strategic vision to drive business growth. *) Leadership prioritizes internal politics over efforts to secure and expand business opportunities. *) There are no formal policies in place for maternity or paternity leave.

I worked at this company for a few months and found the work culture to be discouraging. Internal politics and lack of accountability seemed to influence day-to-day operations, leading to an environment where collaboration was difficult which was often influenced more by interpersonal favouritism than merit. Shortly after my marriage, I was let go without any formal reasoning or notice. The exit process was abrupt and lacked the professionalism I would expect from an organization — access was revoked immediately, and my belongings were returned in the lobby without a proper discussion. This experience raised serious concerns for me about the leadership approach and organizational culture. I believe improvements in leadership and employee support practices would make a significant difference in the overall work environment.
