Pros
I've been working here for 11 years. I started as a college Co-Op and now I'm a senior developer with a lot of autonomy to manage our systems and software. We've become extremely good at E-commerce design, development, and integration.
Cons
Endless stream of new projects and growing base of customers, so always busy.

Pros
I have been able to do a variety of projects. Some on my own and some with a team. I like the variety. After my first year, I have plenty of paid vacation and holidays, HSA, health insurance, dental option, and company pays for a generous life insurance policy. They have been in business a long time and are not far from my house.
Cons
Always plenty to do, so no time to do "extras."
