      Great place for long term

      Pros

      I have been able to do a variety of projects. Some on my own and some with a team. I like the variety. After my first year, I have plenty of paid vacation and holidays, HSA, health insurance, dental option, and company pays for a generous life insurance policy. They have been in business a long time and are not far from my house.

      Cons

      Always plenty to do, so no time to do "extras."

      Pros

      Get to learn a lot about PHP and MYSQL as well as other tools since you are given almost no direction at all when working on projects.

      Cons

      Zero Management, The owner thinks he knows everything but has had no training on the topics hes talking about. Call you to work even when they have known weeks in advance you were leaving the area. No respect for work life balance expecting you to work 50 hours a week with unpaid lunches and no breaks.
