Cons
Poorly run company. The current CEO has failed or been pushed out of so many companies because of his lack of experience and education. The CEO took over from his father and had no idea what he was doing and still does not have any idea to this day. His expectations were unrealistic and poorly planned out. He tried to get involved with so many unrelated businesses and expand them to fast. He went from a very successful business platform with established customers and strong growth to haveing no less then 10 different companies in one building that he had no knowledge of and no idea how to handled them. He took proven talent and pushed them out and put people in place that had no experience or idea on how to preform the job.
