To bad Morgan Stanley is currently breaking security by sacrificing "good" customer service for a breach of personal information for the work from home practice. All an employee has to do is look at their phone bill -_-. Avaya is not that hard to program. So either this is intentional or Morgan Stanley is really lax on their protocol.
This company dumps you on Morgan Stanley and then let's you figure it out. Morgan Stanley is not helpful either. They will say they sent out a weekly email, however it doesn't explain much. As well if you read above statement they really don't care for security as much as they claim. This looks bad on both companies.
