      Pros

      Great Pay. Great benefits (especially Vacation time). Flexible. Strong team environment. Strong management support. Career opportunities from Manufacturing to Engineering to Sales, etc. Family owned. Great training. The leadership team has a clear vision for growth that it shares with each employee.

      Cons

      The company is continuing to progress their process improvement initiatives. Looking forward to seeing more process improvements to reporting, communication, business system, etc

      Their is some really nice people there.

      Cons

      Some management are unprofessional they they will steal ideas and throw people under the bus not my self personally but have seen it to many times but it's like a good o boys club so there's nothing you can do except get rid of the lazy upper management truly they have been their way to long. And it's sad that they have gotten rid of many long term employees and hired un-American for lesser pay it's a sad day to see another company going this route.

      Pros

      What keeps me motivated and stayed are the employees who I worked with that have such a nice heart and patience with you. If you needed help or anything they will help train you properly. Don't be afraid to ask for help by others. There are some nice and wonderful workers there.

      Cons

      Bad management. A bunch of relatives working under supervisor. Not fair in promoting because they are so biased. There is always some kind of dramas almost every year. A lot of gossiping and bullying which the management don't even cared for. Bad communications between both shifts. Both shifts putting the blames on each others when there is a mistakes. If you are not related to the management somehow, they will not support you.

      You are correct, we do have nice employees that are patient and will help train others properly. You are also correct that Computype has nice and wonderful workers on staff. You, however, are not at all correct that Computype has supervisors managing relatives. That is against our policy and has not and will not happen. People at Computype are promoted because we value promoting talented employees who have earned more responsibility. We don’t stand for bias or bullying.
