Good pay for interesting and important work. Wonderful people and management that expects high performance but also allows room for a personal life and understands that people have children, spouses, and events that need attending to. Good flexible work from home policy and accountable staff and management. Good benefits
Cons
Being a relatively small company the level of corporate support and management maturity is sometimes lacking vs larger companies. The upside of that is a lack of bureaucracy.
