There are too many to name but I'll try to be brief. Management is poor. If you like being disrespected, talked down to and cursed at to begin your day then this is the perfect place for you. The founder is a bit of a bully and created a very toxic work environment. His shining star and person you'll be compared to was always under the influence. It was kind of a joke. I believe in performing but I can't keep up nor will I try to keep up with someone who is under the influence daily. The boss uses intimidation as a means to get you to perform and the company as a whole doesn't seem to be morally or ethically sound. If you respect yourself as a professional it won't be a good fit for you. The stress is not worth it.
This is a one call close sales job and that's fine but the boss discouraged call backs to clients. It's a sales job so regardless of how many times you've spoken to a client, it shouldn't matter as long as it ends in a sale right? Nope. He'd disregard it or minimize it, all because you're spending a little extra time on those clients who need more attention in order to make them feel comfortable. He's just not realistic and he's not open for suggestions nor does he care about you as a person. It's all about him.
