The office looks nice I guess. The great lawns a nice place to have meetings..

There is a cool kids club within and it starts from executive management who brings certain people in, such as inexperienced PM and Account leadership. People get away with overworking their staff to where they barely see their kids or spouses, acct people yell at other departments, creative yells back,there are people that do no work at all (Especially HR), I dont see how anyone gets any work done in this place. There is age discrimination too...Senior Mgt picks their favorites...others get bullied. A very toxic, sweat shop like environment for the "unchosen" while others carry on like it's literally a frathouse... stopping work st 1 or 2pm to play foosball and pool snd not stopping for the rest of the night like it's a bar. Worse decision I've ever made. HR will continue posting "good" reviews on glassdoor to save their image but the truth has been spoken and everyone has the same complaints...
