      location. gym. some co-workers are nice

      Cons

      This company has a habit of lying to interviewees. If they need 5 people, they will hire 10 "fulltime" employees, then let go 5 of them after 3 month. The excuse is no enough budget. They tell each interviewee it's a fulltime job during the interview. What a liar.

      Benefits, location from where I live.

      Cons

      Hard to evaluate what is good. Technically they are below average in capabilities with SW development and management seem inexperienced.

      More Emphisis on Employees

      Pros

      Generous Personal Time Off with liberal make up policy. Benefits resasonable for family. The company for the most part does not micro manage.

      Cons

      Being that it is an IT compnay with an emphisis on Goverment contracts they tend to treat employees more robotically or as a material rather than vaulable team members. The salary is low for the amount of experience and education that they are requiring.
