      Worthless Company nothing else. Previous it was good but now they totally lost.

The language chosen by you doesn't sound anything close to professional, so not sure if you were ever a part of our organization or any other reputed brand ever. However, we agree to one point made by you, that our MD and CEO are mad. In fact, I would say each and every employee here follow the same footsteps, and we are proud of it, that we are crazy about our work. We respect timely delivery and we work like crazy to attain results and growth. We do respect family life balance. Please write back in case you have any specific questions.       Good Startup company to work with

      Pros

      1. Good place to start your career and enhance your technical skills. 2. Helping colleagues and supporting Project Manager. 3. This company got Globee SVUS award for highest revenue growth.

      Cons

      1. Work life balance depends on the project you are in and flexible timings, at times, make things worse. 2. Salary is competitive in Kolkata but if you compare from other Metropolitan city, its not good enough.

      Good Stable Environment

      Pros

      I've been working here for the last 2 years. The first thing I noticed that at least 80% of the existing employees are working here for more than 5 years. That speaks volumes about the work condition as in today's world if a company was able to retain so many employees for so long, it must be doing something right. Work wise, there are enough challenges to engage in. If you love what you do, you'll certainly get enough chances to prove yourself. Higher Management is approachable and you do not feel isolated. Other than work there are a lot of fun and activities going on. We are a small and happy family where everyone looks for and looks after one another.

      Cons

      Nobody's perfect and there is no company which does not have some problem or the other. Good thing is you can take up your issues to Management and work on getting things sorted out,
