      Pros

      I was working for Conch Technologies for eight years. They are an excellent company. They take good care of their employees. They have great contacts to help you get your next project quickly. They might be one of the few IT services company that does not ask the employee for a single cent for any type of visa fee or green card application fee. The only reason I left them was because I found a full time job at a direct client. They were very understanding about my decision.

      I do not think there can be any cons that are worth mentioning.

      Very Happy with the Support

      Pros

      I was furloughed by my client due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Conch immediately got me in touch with their marketing team. Nowhere did they let me panic and it felt like I was in control and overcome the dire market situation. I finally started on my new contract today within a 10 days after I was furloughed. Thanks for all the support.

      Cons

      I've not faced any bad experience with them and have been here for almost 6 years now.
