Racist Management and High Turnover. Don't work here.

When I applied for the job, I saw the Dec. 12, 2012 review on Glassdoor saying Racist Management. Now that I have worked there, I can confirm that there is racist management. Some employees get over on stuff that other employees get written up for. Racist conversations take place in the open. There is an extremely high turnover. In the last year, they let go two black people and an Army Reserves servicemen. No place for advancement.

Pros

Good place to start your career. You'll be placed in high stress positions where you have to learn quickly. They don't typically use best practices but this allows you to understand why best practices are important and gives you an opportunity to look smart by suggesting them.

Cons

Management has very low emotional intelligence. One of the chief architects is known for screaming at people when things don't work. Many managers have been in the same position for a very long time so they lack the understanding of how other organizations work.
