Pros
Flexibility to WFH culture because they have not proper office.Nothing is there to share Pros apart from that.
Cons
They keep every employe on contarct of min. 2 year and they pay very low in between 10-15k with starting salary.Also they did not provide experience later properly on time.Nothing good for learning..
