      Good pay overshadowed by toxic culture and micromanagement

      Good pay otherwise everything is bad

      Cons

      Micromanagement, Long working hours, no flexibility, no work life balance, toxic culture, threat of firing is constant, also they opened their branch in India in 2025 and shut it down same year within 5 months, totally a waste

      Easy to get hired in the company

      Cons

      They closed their bangalore office without prior notice to the employees, just a random call on a random day, manager left the office and went back to Canada, no proper training and product knowledge, everyday was an overtime, and no job guarantee, you might loose the job just in a week here, Overall it's a very toxic culture

      No pros all the company cares about is making money by using and being mean to their employees

      Cons

      Just not a secure job lots of stress management is rude and forces employee to do what they wants no room to move up just so mean of the company the only thing company cares about is their money not employees tbh i would never recommend anyone to work with this company its a trap moreover every paystuff is less they cut money without any reason.
