Amazing sales training and good place to start

- Fantastic Sales Approach strategy to set about building referral based business - Mentor program is great - Great group of people who are all hustling - Weekly Calls

Cons

- High Commission split, Not bad for new agents but annoying as you get seasoned - Training can be too focused on the sales pitch, not being a good Real Estate consultant after you get the client
