Pros
The best reasons to work here is they take care of their own. No matter what is going on in your life they are there to help you out if needed. This company cares about who works for them and it feels like family.
Cons
Like any company the only challenges I have ever come across which isn't so much a reflection on the company as it is the individuals is dealing with conflicting personalities and friction with different people that have different ideas of how things should be done. However we work through it.

Great engineering company with numerous opportunities to grow and learn with subordinates and management
Cons
Engineers are distributed throughout the world, so limited opportunities to physically get together and socialize (especially since 2020)
