      Startup , a lot of independence is given to you to execute tasks , huge amount of work , innovativa & creative ideas can take you places over here , vast learning oppurtunities

      Not much support from higher management in terms if feedback , everything is self driven , lack of staff & expertise

      Good and friendly work environment, accommodating to work/life balance. Management takes care of employee needs. Remote work flexibility, I enjoy the opportunity to work with smart development team members.

      It can be overwhelming certain times when working on high pressure projects.
