Incredibly supportive company to work for. The staff and the management have helped me strive in the business, my self esteem was boosted from day one, I now feel very confident in myself thanks to the support from everyone. There is a great community vibe.
I have progressed steadily thanks to the one-to-one training, and knowledge of fellow workers, it was very daunting to start with, but I have gained an incredible amount of knowledge on a sometimes complex subject of aviation, it’s a gradual process as there is a lot to understand.
Really great company to work for, I work from home and the hours can be very flexible when needed. I can get extra training and advise at the drop of a hat from the team.
Cons
can be hard work at times, but I am happy in my work, so that doesn’t really matter.
