Beware of micromanaging

Pros

Coworkers are nice and the pay is reasonable.

Cons

Micromanaging from the leadership level down to individual contributors. Decisions made by sole leader will be held against you, even when this leader changes their mind and direction hourly. No cohesive plan. No goals Zero onboarding, so good luck! You will need to work 70 hours and 7 days a week to keep up with the chaos that this company has. There is no reporting structure. All personnel report directly to the sole leader.

Pros

A paycheck is the only pro.

Cons

Innovation is ignored and frowned upon openly by front line management. No sick days are offered for hourly employees. If you take a vacation day very little of your position is covered and the only way to avoid falling excessively behind is to work on your vacation. Workloads are so intense that a 50 hour week is not enough to perform basic duties. Performance reviews are non existent. Basic performance standard are non existent. Management treatment of employees can be considered narcissism. There is no alignment of goals between departments. There is very little communication between departments. Production has a very difficult time meeting current demand under current structure with management unwilling to re-evaluate current policies and procedures.
