They have a pretty good culture doc with words like "autonomy", "freedom to experiment", and "psychological safety" - but the reality is completely opposite.
They basically need ROBOTS that follow what's being told blindly, else you'll be called "forceful" and "unfit" for the company.
Some so-called team leads become insecure when questioned objectively.
If they run out of reasons- they'll just say you're overqualified for the job and fire you. How is having a wider skill stack & deeper expertise a blocker for the current role? It's not.
People-pleasing leaders who are insecure, play politics, & who can't take responsibility are not actually leaders, they are CLOWNS.
