Decent benefits for employees that make it to 90 days

Cons

The Logistics team is controlled by veteran employees that really believe in doing things "the way we've always done them." They are not open to change or suggestions for improvement. The management style is, simply, management by fear. Employees are neither encouraged to think for themselves nor contribute opinions. Regular mandatory Saturday work is required with little or no notice.

They provide a good product and the shop floor employees work very hard

Cons

Management treats its employees (including its supervisors) as expendables. This was not always the case but has become so in the last 2 years. Lots of drama among employees. I've never seen so many unhappy employees. Very, Very high turnover rate, even among supervisors.
