Lost track of how many rounds of redundancy they have had. The communication surrounding them was awful, people losing jobs only for them to be re-advertised as a graduate position or outsourced to India. They sell packages to clients they can't deliver and blame was always on more junior staff and marketing team even though sales would sell anything with no regard for outcome and CS were pushy and had no understanding of marketing. No amount of money would drive me back to this place, it should have gone under so many times but BC keep through money at it for no reason
