Pros
Don’t know why it’s called Context Jensen Partners but it is Jensen Partners Executive Search Firm. Being able to work remotely. Salary was decent. You are really an Assistant but having the title project manager is a plus for future job applications (it is this way so on the outside it doesn’t look like the CEO needs 5 assistants)
Cons
Employees are put against each other. Zero work life balance, they will contact you on weekends and at 9pm. You will be fired in 3 months, this position is a revolving door. When they fire you, you won’t get a real reason why. Zero direction, they tell you to ask as many questions but then ignore you. They set you up to fail then be extremely dramatic about how much you messed up. Everyone is very two faced. They go back on their word. The ‘diversity’ is just a bunch of catty women.
