Pros
Great potential for this group basing themselves in Portland. Brain trust behind Ashoka Changemakers team starts their own shop and brings their template for cranking out crowd-sourced innovations for clients all around the world. CEO is charismatic when needed and a good hustler to close deals but he's young and needs better emotional control to become a good leader.
Cons
The CEO is very young and didn't seem to have a good role model from the Ashoka world in which he was molded. There's a very large gap between what the CEO aspires to do and what he actually does (witness: he posted the company's values on the wall behind him so that everyone in the open office plan could see them but he never did). Emotions and frustrations were high and constant thanks to the staff's inability to read the leader's mind. CEO is a born salesman but needed a strong right-hand man to execute. CEO brought in a local sales exec and drove away the one exec that got stuff done in the span of a few months.
