Pros

I have been with Continuum for almost two years now, and I have to say that the way they support their BCBAs is why I will continue working for this company. I used to work for another company that did not support their staff and that was why all of the ethical employees left. My clinical director is available whenever I need her help and she has helped me countless times with difficult situations.

Cons

I have not had any issues with this company.

Pros

Jaimie is amazing and super supportive- there’s a few others that are great too.

Cons

BCBAs work direct. They’ll say your case will be staffed with an RBT or BT but it never happens. They’ll ask you to do unethical and questionable billing things and when you stand up, they’ll become ruthless and push you out. Upper management only cares out upper management (except Jaimie). Culture of the company had changed so much. If you decide to leave, they wait until last minute and then discharge your clients. Very stingy with admin hours and require free work while making you justify the hours you’re requesting that $18/hr for. Pay is not adequate at all.

AVOID the Colorado Branch

Pros

Low amount of staff at the Colorado location

Cons

Poor management. Hands-off leadership who are more focused on pushing billable hour requirements than promoting ethical practices. Direct support staff are severely underpaid and upper-management staff are overpaid for doing work that never directly impacts staff. This may be a Colorado-specific issue, but overall very emotionally draining experience to work for this company.
