      Pros

      The team at Contractor Compliance was very highly motivated and always strived for the best. Coworkers were great and were always very supportive in any way they could. Senior leadership was always very approachable.

      Cons

      Contractor Compliance was a pretty high-paced environment. If you're not comfortable with often tight deadlines, then it may become overwhelming. However, this is not abnormal for many tech companies.

      Sales team is a revolving door

      Nice coworkers while they lasted.

      Cons

      Sales team has extremely high turnover. No one lasts more than a year. 100% outbound. Very old school environment, with high volume cold calling. Limited product market fit, and dismal comp structure. High pressure to hit unrealistic targets.
