Pros
I genuinely enjoyed my day-to-day work; it was steady, challenging, and rewarding. The benefits offered were great. I also met a lot of amazing people there. The site I worked at is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend applying to this company, honestly a fun and interesting place to work.
Cons
The only downside was the lack of communication company-wide. Standards of procedure can vary depending on whom you ask, and the answers were sometimes completely contradictory. There was also some internal drama among middle management that held up projects and sometimes led to an awkward work environment.

Insurance is pretty expensive, but still not bad Travel A lot of overtime

Pay is somewhat decent, but might not continue to be that way for much longer. Downward trend is not a good sign in this category.
Cons
Headaches to deal with daily. Company is growing quickly, so processes are not clearly established and therefor left to the employees to hash out between themselves.
