Hourly pay and close to home

Cons

Hire just about anybody without background checks. Owners did not care about helping employee growth. 30 year employees still get $100 bonus per year.

Pros

Everyone I have worked with at CSS has been kind, helpful, and willing to teach you so that you can grow and find your fit within the company. Pay, benefits, and work hours are all reasonable. I never feel that I have to check my phone when I am out of office, or stay late just to make a quota.

Cons

Some of the software used may be from the Jurassic period, but its easy enough to learn.
