I don't hold any person I've met in lower regard than the founder of Conversation, and I'm not alone in this opinion; very few people tolerate working with him for more than just a few months. In fact, the employee roster at Conversation turns over almost entirely every 180 days or so.
Employees tirelessly work to deliver value for clients only to see their efforts scuttled whenever the founder interferes. An ironic side effect of this is that the agency's employees tend to bond over their mutual resentment of the founder. I encourage anybody considering a job at Conversation to read Forbes' article about the agency following its appearance on AMC's "The Pitch." Forbes expounds upon the founder's arrogance, petulance, cruelty, and dishonesty.
