      Opportunity to learn Not hard work in the office Italian Holiday Schedule Great Benefits

      Cons

      Old school filing system and outdated processes Pay wasn't worth the amount of responsibilities they throw at you especially in California Blatant sexism in favoring women from the CFO. Initially the "job itself" was great but I was the only male in the office and I was singled out on several occasions. I did my job quick and good, everyone slacked off, the women got free passes to be as annoying as they wanted, but I was reprimanded, threatened, scolded if I did any of the same behaviors as they did. Extremely toxic work environment for a man. Im sure they'll know who wrote this because I literally was the only male

      Pros

      Prior to the current management, you went to work knowing you were making a positive difference with customers and other team members. Norman, the former CEO, drove a culture of hard work, due diligence, and accountability, which are values that the current management consistently fail to adhere to.

      Cons

      Top management and HR adamantly refuse to discipline or fire underperforming managers and employees, stagnating the growth of those who actually desire to learn and grow within the company. In addition to rampant favoritism and gossip, they have little experience in quality and manufacturing while ignoring experts who do.

      Pros

      The company used to be a place that inspired science, creativity, and a positive workplace. That changed when Norman left.

      Cons

      Now the company does not value the employees, management doesn’t listen to women, and it’s about the bottom line, not doing right by the customers or employees
