No work life balance No professionalism No one will listen to concerns only interns and freshers are recruited since they can be exploited and experienced people are fired. Less emphasis on cutting-edge technologies and experimentation. Engineers may have less autonomy in decision-making. Significant amount of older technology and codebase, which can hinder productivity and learning. May not provide opportunities to work with the latest tools or frameworks. Limited Career Growth: Some devs report unclear advancement paths or few development opportunities. Weak Mentorship & Training: Fewer structured learning or mentorship programs. Expect long hours or weekend work.

Worst company ever I worked. 0% employee centric company. Slavery at peaks. Managers behave like slaves to states side leadership. Makes agents feels like how slavery was under British rule. States side leadership is worst and doesn't care at all and just rules as they want and how they want. They just care to make people work more and more. And threaten to sack agents. No job security at all. No job perks at all. I have worked with states side clients before as well in other companies like cognizant and Genpact and goc. It was best experience. Copart is the worst decision of my career. Whoever reading this, please believe and wait for a good opportunity rather suffering here.
