Pros
From seeing outside you will think it is very good company no hierarchy so many sports activity friendly environment but that is myth.. No pros to mention until and unless you want to ruin your career.
Cons
Company upper managements are fool they do not have idea how to run company. They start working on any unrealistic idea that will obviously lead to failure. Not a single experienced employee. Not having single project.. yes u can waste your time here as much as you can. Salaries are always delayed.. chances are that you don't get. Can fire you anytime and the reason is that they don't have funds question arise then why you have hired ?? Don't get trap in theirs sugar coated talks they hire employees for month or two and then fire them because they don't have funds to pay salary.
