Support staff are wonderful coworkers, job itself is fine
Cons
The job itself was fine but the work environment is extremely passive aggressive and toxic. If you try your hardest, it is not acknowledged. Mistakes are blown way out of proportion. Favoritism is so obvious, they let non managers micromanage other employees. Training was "situational" but left out key information that was needed to perform day to day activities.
