      Always shorthanded , no training, staff is spread too thin, do more work than you get paid for.

      Seemed like a great company but worked under bad manager

      Clean Nice upper management Social environment Liked to do fun things for residents Never overflowing with work

      Cons

      The manager I worked under was not following some pretty huge rules and was going to end up getting everyone sued. She told me I would have a certain number of hours and I never did. She didn’t teach anyone how to do anything she just did the work herself. So if you ever got the opportunity to move up you would fail because you don’t know what you are doing.
