I left Core after being with them for 3 and a half years or so. I left shortly after Maternity leave to have my daughter. I owe so much to Core and the people who work there. The CEO is approachable, direct and personable and genuinely cares that the people are fundamental to the company. Managers and the people I reported to over time were nothing but supportive and kind and I miss them all sooo dearly. Core will continue to go places and I wish them all the very best.

Great company ethic, the culture is positive and supportive, and everyone in every department wants to be here. There’s no drama, just a bunch of people who work hard but also have a phenomenal work-life balance. If you struggle with understanding something, people legitimately want to help so the common aim of the business is achieved. The senior management are really nice people, and everyone knows each other. Get-togethers in the business are very pleasant, especially since we’re mostly fully remote. It’s great to see everyone. Also, unlike some companies, when they say remote, they actually mean it. I have colleagues all over the UK and Ireland, and quite a few in Poland who all work remote. There’s a lot more I can say, but the best way to sum it up is as simple as it gets: it’s just a really nice company to work for. It really is.

Great group of people who are friendly, professional and actually care about what we do and living the company values. Lovely culture - family like atmosphere, regular social events and everyone is willing to help one another across departments. Approachable senior management. Employee wellbeing is a priority and has been especially during lockdown. Employee feedback collected regularly by HR and senior management so employee opinions can be heard. Good offices in a central location.

The Directors have working incredibly hard to build a strong business with an incredible culture. Its a very open and transparent business with people pulling in the same direction. The board provide regular updates across the whole of the business so everyone feels engaged. Personally Whilst its still early days for me its very obvious how customer obsessed the whole team is. With a mix of great offerings, intelligent pricing and genuine outcome based projects i can see why customer retention is so high.

Since joining Core, everyone has been very welcoming and friendly and I have experienced excellent engagement. In my first month, we had a virtual quiz, murder mystery night and team drinks together. As a remote worker, I found this to be a very valuable and a fun way to get to know my colleagues better. The leadership team has been very open and welcoming of new ideas and provided great support. I am excited about the future with Core and the wonderful people I am working with who deliver great value for our customers and are enjoyable to work with. We have a great office space in London and even as a remote worker, there is opportunity to collaborate in shared workspaces as and when we need to.
