Pros
Great company ethic, the culture is positive and supportive, and everyone in every department wants to be here. There’s no drama, just a bunch of people who work hard but also have a phenomenal work-life balance. If you struggle with understanding something, people legitimately want to help so the common aim of the business is achieved.
The senior management are really nice people, and everyone knows each other. Get-togethers in the business are very pleasant, especially since we’re mostly fully remote. It’s great to see everyone.
Also, unlike some companies, when they say remote, they actually mean it. I have colleagues all over the UK and Ireland, and quite a few in Poland who all work remote.
There’s a lot more I can say, but the best way to sum it up is as simple as it gets: it’s just a really nice company to work for. It really is.
Cons
Communication between different sides of the company used to be a bit complicated but it has drastically improved. Other than that, there’s genuinely nothing.(and like I say, that’s not even an issue anymore, really).
