The drafting team are generally very nice, and the company as a whole is well respected in the industry.
Cons
The turnover was excessive, there was little to no training, and it was extremely difficult to find people willing to teach or help if you didn't already know something.

Working outside is what I enjoy and shipping is my department. I am the main shunt truck driver and I have been working full time for 1 year. I like the people I work with and my foreman's are great to learn from and work with as well. Very respectable people and lots of work available to keep you busy!
Cons
Need to like working outside and be able to work hard. Very physically demanding job and always be aware of safety hazards.
