Pros
I transitioned from a company with in-house verification tools to contracting through Correct Designs at companies that use UVM/SystemVerilog. I used Correct Designs training materials to learn UVM-based verification. The slides are packed with important details while still presenting basic information clearly. I could not have made the transition without them. I worked with the CEO, Steve Burchfiel, on-site during one of my contracts. He’s one of the good guys — smart, savvy, helpful, and friendly. Having him as a mentor really helped me get up-to-speed at my first contract. The other partners, Kevin Schott and Will Mitchell are as sharp and helpful as Steve. Good people run this company.

I like working for this company. If I have any complaints, they relate to the industry as a whole and not to Correct Designs.
