Sudden mass layoffs, especially at the senior and director level in the India office, have caused shockwaves across the company. The lack of transparency from leadership, unclear rationale, and the resulting leadership vacuum have left teams directionless and deeply demoralized. From what I’ve seen, trust is eroding fast.
