Pros
1) Decent Salary 2) Good Medical Insurance benefits 3) Food is subdized and they provide with good quality 4) U can learn something but again bcoz of the schedule , most of the time we will not learn much
Cons
1) Very poor Low level management and they expect us to work 24x7. Like a factory 2) Very tight & Unrealistic deadlines which will account for Saturdays and Sundays 3) They have some contractors (works in shifts) who doesn't even understand basics of electronics will run characterization and u have to support them day & night 3) No breathing space between projects
