      Pros

      2 times coffee Good place to gossip, Time passing place Office is located in nice area with parks

      Cons

      Company is not good for freshers as well as experienced. Lot of politics. No efficient leads or managers, they just want the modules to get completed irrespective of code quality Company still follow legacy hierarchy system, juniors inputs are never valued Over all not good to join this company anywhere till next 2 years. Worst HR

      Nothing to Mention, I didn't find any Pros

      Cons

      No work life balance in comparison to others, No proper project planning.. Too much of work pressure. Over time work due to lack of Project Management. No hike for freshers even after working for more than 2 years. Too much of Favouritism and internal politics.

      We are providing good training programme for freshers especially, & they got a chance to become a technically very strong compare to other companies & they got very good learning atmosphere here & about management I need to mention here they are very supportive to all the employees & management provides friendly environment here & they are very transparent so that they know each & everyones performance based on that they provided good hike up to 80-90% of the employees got good hike this year. Any how thanks for feedback.
