If you like working 6 days a week, this is the place to work. Company has a niche in it's market and does not have many competitors.
Cons
Long hours if your salary, over 75 hours per week during peak season. Working every Saturday does not leave much family time on week ends. Low employee morale. No match on the 401k plan.
