      - Generous PTO policy that they actually allow you to use. - Cooperative work environment. - Autonomy over your part of the development workflow. - Flexible hybrid scheduling, so it's easy to work from home or the office without missing anything.

      - All in compensation system is strange. - The company is small, so health benefits are expensive.
